Shipping, Receiving & Refund Policy

Shipping Schedule

Star Root Apothecary ships all orders, including overnight orders, every other Wednesday.

Please note that selecting an overnight shipping option does not change our regular shipping day. Overnight orders are processed and shipped on our scheduled Wednesday shipping day.

If you need your order before our next scheduled shipping day, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate urgent or time-sensitive requests.

When contacting us about an expedited order, please provide your order number and let us know when you need the order by. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your requested timeline.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you believe your package was not received, please contact Star Root Apothecary as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs of any damaged products or packaging so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Star Root Apothecary does not accept returns.

However, a refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged.

• An item was missing from your order.

• Your package was not received.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For damaged products or missing items, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. For packages reported as not received, we may request additional information or shipping details so we can investigate the delivery.

Refunds are not automatically issued for circumstances outside of these situations.
